7. Applicants must adhere to the following occupancy standards:Residents who are a family under fair housing laws may not exceed two persons per bedroom plus a child who is less than 3 yrs. old and who sleeps in the same bedroom with the child’s parent, guardian, legal custodian or person applying for that status.

If a resident’s child reaches the age of 3 during the lease term, at the end of the lease term the resident must either: (1) move into another dwelling of the owners that has the appropriate number of bedrooms or, (2) move out. A resident’s right of possession may be terminated during the lease term for lease violations as set forth in the lease or as provided by law.

Residents who are not a family under fair housing laws may not exceed two adults per dwelling unit for a one bedroom apartment or three adults per dwelling for a two bedroom apartment.
