Apartment Availability
All apartments are leased on a first come, first serve basis.
Occupancy
A maximum of two persons per bedroom is permitted, or two persons and an infant under (24) twenty four months of age in a one bedroom apartment home.
Application
A rental application must be completed by each applicant and each occupant 18 years of age or older. Each applicant must have a valid state issued

last month's rent. If rental history is unfavorable you will be denied.
3. CREDIT: All applicants must have demonstrated the ability to meet credit obligations (past and current) and must have an acceptable credit report.
4. CO-SIGNERS:Persons who meet the criteria for a co-signer may qualify if they have a qualified co-signer.The co-signer must meet all criteria and be an immediate relative.
5. Heads of Household must be at least 18 years of age or meet fair housing laws. Everyone over the age of 18 in the household must fill out an application and sign the lease.
6. CRIMINAL:Applicants and/or occupants must not have any criminal felony records or eviction filings. They also must not have a history of or tendencies toward violent acts or illegal activities.
