Lacy C. Howe In 1993, Lacy Howe and Robert Peek formed Peek-Howe Real Estate Company, Inc., in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His extensive background in banking and real estate has enabled him to provide leadership in numerous aspects of their real estate holdings. Along with supervising their commercial real estate portfolio, his primary focus is investor relations and client development. After completing his marketing studies at Louisiana State University, Lacy joined a bank consulting firm in Baton Rouge. As the marketing director, he gained valuable experience in assisting more than 120 banks in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi in their budgeting process and asset/liability management. His main focus from 1989 throughout 1992 was assisting banks dispose of their Other Real Estate Owned portfolios. Lacy has more than 17 years of marketing and sales experience in the financial services and commercial real estate businesses, focusing on acquisition, disposition, and management of retail, office, and multi-family properties. He has served as chairman of the Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Council, is an active member of the Rotary Club of Baton Rouge, and is the past chairman of the Baton Rouge General Health Foundation. He is also a member of the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Baton Rouge Association of Realtors. Back l Email
